I bought this rug hoping for a deep teal color and before i even opened the package i could see it was wrong. I actually thought i had received a completely different rug than the one i had ordered. It is a light aqua with brown and grey speckles all over it. There isn't any pattern on it either, just the random brown speckles. Also, the edges of the rug were already fraying. When i contacted the company they stated that, after contacting the warehouse, it was definitely the correct rug and some BS about color variance on the computer screen and said if i was unhappy with my purchase that i could send it back, but i'd have to pay shipping and a 15% restocking fee. I'm still not convinced that it is the correct rug, and it's defective at that. Shame on the company for their misrepresentation of a product, as well as a sad excuse for customer service.

This is not a high quality rug but works perfectly for my home. The color is true to the pic.

I read all of the reviews and took the negative ones into account when purchasing this rug. I was worried. But, I was in the market for a teal colored rug and was having some difficulty finding anything close except for this. I was actually kind of desperate. Well i took a chance and I have to say, I'm pleased. yeah true I wasnt expecting a hand woven gym from some exotic country. This rug is not that. But it suits my space perfectly and though its slightly lighter than the picture, it still works perfectly for what i needed. I think as long as you purchase this rug with realistic expectations knowing that it's not high quality but still pretty and functional, you won't be dissapointed.
