This was my second attempt to buy a rug from this company. It arrived by UPS and totally wrapped in plastic. The rug laid out perfectly in my dining room. It was exactly as the picture on Amazon. I hope to get many years out of this rug.

The quality is great and it looks so nice in my livingroom space...the thickness is just right--I did have to put a piece of rubber matting underneath so that it wouldn't slide. I am very happy with it.
