I purchased this rug for our small living room and it is beautiful. The rug feels great underfoot and is a little heavier than I expected. In our room, it's paired with a cream leather sofa, elephant grey walls and dark wood floors. I bought a metal coffee table to complete the space and it's stunning. I plan to purchase another for our entry way.

The rug is thick, feels nice, and the colors are very neutral (tan and grey). We are keeping the rug as it goes well with our hardwood flooring and furniture.The main problem is the shedding. I am aware that hand tufted rugs will shed, but be prepared for 2+ months of shedding. Very small and fine fibers come out of the rug daily. I vacuum everyday and that helps. I also have to sweep the surrounding floor everyday to get up the flying bits. For the first two weeks no one could sit on the rug without massive amounts of fibers clinging to their clothing.The shedding has reduced, but not entirely gone after 2 months.We have put up with the shedding, but if that will drive you nuts, don't buy the rug. Otherwise I recommend it.

The rug is good quality and is thick. Some have complained about the color being different than the photo, but it is a cream/beige background with a grey-ish pattern. It looks nice with our Brazilian walnut floors, antiqued black bed and white linens. It should be neutral enough to go with most anything.
