I cannot recommend this product unless the thought of being fumigated in your own home appeals to you. The chemical smell coming from this rug about knocked me off my feet when I opened it. It is probably doused in flame retardants, which are chemicals that can decompose into carcinogenic particles in the air. I recommend doing a google search on them. The color was darker and grayer overall than pictured. However, the shag is really soft and thick, so 2 stars. Can't rate it any higher because the chemicals are giving me a headache asI type this review. Yes, it's that bad. I can't believe no one else has mentioned this. Would return this for a natural fiber rug if I had the money, but since I'm in college this is all I can afford unfortunately..

I ordered 2 runners on faith that they would be nice. They were not only beautiful but luxurious. The faint design doesn't compete with any other decorum in the rooms they are in. Thick pile. Great value. Love them.

It's all in the title. This rug looks good, and the quality is decent. However, it came infested with tiny bugs! We vacuumed as best we could (you can barely see them so its hard), but sure enough me and my girlfriend have both gotten itchy bites and rashes because of the bugs in this rug. I don't know if this was an isolated incident, but it is a possibility to consider before buying this rug.
