The rug measurements on the product info. include the part of the rug with the design on it only. There is a 2 inch black border around the perimeter of the rug making it a little larger than advertised(at least on the 7ft by 10 ft one.) There is also small splashes of red/burgandy in the flowers on the rug that you can't really see in the pictures. I am very traditional so I thought the red was going to be a problem, but it ended up really working in a neutral room. I have even put a few accent pieces of red in the room to compliment the splashes of color in the rug. This was a milestone for the beige queen. This rug's price and quailty are both much better than what you would find in a big box store. I have young children, a boston terrier and a jack russell terrier that use our huge living room as their personal playground. I was looking for something large enough to fill the space and cheap enough that I would not be upset if it were to be damaged. We have wood floors so I purchased a rug pad and a rug grip to put under the rug and it is comfortable enough that the kids will lay down on it to watch tv and our dogs are satisfied enough to just lay on the rug instead of jumping up on our couches. I didn't think I would be upset if my cheap rug got damaged, but now I guard it even more than my much more expensive and smaller rugs there is no food or drinks allowed on this $90 prized possession. I just don't feel like I'd ever be lucky enough to find a rug of this size, quailty and price again. The rug arrived several days after the estimated arrival date, but when I emailed the seller about where it was I did receive a prompt response.Get it, you will be satisfied with your purchase!

The rug is very pretty but you can look at the rug and see why it is the price it is... Has a spot of mis-matched print way out of color spot... I am in a wheelchair and we are beginning to see the carpet fabric worn and shedding from my constant running over it. I would re-think this purchase knowing what I know.... I like the rug but not enough to purchase it again given the chance...

This rug is very pretty. It is very thin, not squishy, but we are using it in our basement and it is perfect. The price was amazing and the shipping time was great! I would purchase from this company again.
