Very happy!

This rug is gorgeous in appearance-it does shed quite a bit and the room needed frequent cleaning the first month or so, but seems to have died down. It does get snagged easily and would NOT do well with dogs. I have 2 dogs and thankfully, this is in the living room, so they have minimal contact with the rug, but they have snagged the rug quite a bit, just from infrequently walking on it or lying on it. I use a pair of scissors to snip back the snags and that works well-too many snips and I imagine I would have holes, but for now, I still love it!

nice quality rug

I love this rug...so much so that I bought the same one after my dog chewed a big hole in it. The reason for the 4 stars, and not 5, is because the color is much bluer than it was before. The first was a blue-gray, and this one is definitely blue. I ordered the same exact one only 4 months apart, and I did not expect the color difference.

MISLABELED COLOR

The description on this rug says that it is Charcoal in color but that is not the case. At best it's a bluish grey. I wanted to return this item because it wasn't the color stated but the buyer is responsible for the return cost and it was $150 bucks! I talked to the RugsUSA about them paying for the shipping since the color is not what is stated and they said color is not their problem. I get the manufacture sets the color but the company selling it can take a close up picture, with flash, and even describe the color themselves instead of pointing the finger at just the manufacture. I looked this rug up on several website and the complaint is all the same.....the color is blue grey not charcoal. I should have done that research first so now I have to live with a rug I don't like. This was the first and last rug I buy from this company or even online for that matter. You are better off going to a brick and mortar store where you can see the color up close and go from there. SAVE YOURSELF FROM MY NIGHTMARE!
