We just received this rug a few days ago. It looks great but the only problem is, within hours of use, we noticed small sharp splinters all over the rug (ranging from 1cm to 3 inches in length). They are super sharp too. So we'll either be returning or just throwing this away.

This is an amazing rug! We use it as an accent rug in our living room and it is a high traffic area. It has been able to withstand our four children and dog and high temperature, near daily steam mopping. It still looks great and is easy to clean. It stays put even on our ceramic tile floors. Highly recommend!

I use it by the sink and I just ordered another one to use by the stove. I don't have to worry about water drops as they evaporate and the mat itself has a protectant on the back. This mat blends well with my oak floors and looks clean and modern. So far I love this product.
