I bought this for my living room. lol I read some of the problems with the rug not laying flat. I hope you understand that just as after childbirth it takes time to get rid of the rolls, so imagine being stored in heat, cold, humidity, not to mention in plastic. My advice to you is to buy a bottle of febreeze flip it over and go to town. Get it very damp. Febreeze will not sour or mildew then flatten it out placing heavy objects on the corners and middle. Allow it to dry then repeat if necessary. It is very nice for the cheap price, I mean what can you expect for 100+ bucks and free shipping. If you want high end wool pay the 10 k. This looks just like it but is thinner and made of an easy to spot clean material. I am a mother and grand, I would rather go and tour homes with those rugs than keep men and boys off. So what it wears out buy another in 5 years. I put a pad with grips under mine, and I am happy. This is a practical way for the everyday mom to have a look like Persian that you can wipe up things with 409. Seriously? If I were rich I wouldn't be here, but then again with kids and grans I would. Men alone with boots and mud make me proud for this. You are only as smart as the equipment you have to work with. So remember that when you buy a value rug. To me it looks awesome. I love the vacuum up or some carpet foam cleaner that would ruin wool. If it gets real bad load it up in the bed of a truck and take it with tide to the car wash. lol Then bam a brand new Persian for 100 bucks, I am proud of mine in more ways than one.

the rug that I purchased is as beautiful in person as it is on the website. It was a litte thinner than I thought it would have been but I am still very pleased with the quality.

I purchased a great area rug. It's soft and very expensive-looking for the price. One of my grandchildren spilled juice onto the rug and it came up so easily I was amazed.
