We're very pleased with the entire experience; easy ordering, prompt delivery, and the appearance and quality of the rug as described. It pulls our living room together beautifully, and the soft, muted colors don't easily show animal hair or dust. The four vs. five star rating is primarily due to the shedding that's happening, but I trust that will decrease over time. For the price, a very satisfying purchase!

We bought three of these. They are VERY thick and heavy and look much more expensive than they are. Be warned they shed like crazy for awhile but after four weeks of use, the shedding has tapered off.
