It's soft, it's big, it's cheap. My only beef is that it's not wool, but that's the only reason why it costs what it does.If they offered a wider pattern selection to my taste, I'd have one in every room, they are that soft. The backing also has a bit of no-slip to it, so a pad is nice for padding, but not needed to keep the rug from sliding on a wooden floor.

Despite reading the warnings from other customers, I purchased this rug for the size, price and stated quality. I suggest all potential buyers take into account that the colors of this rug are NOT mild and soft as the image seems to show, but I will say after holding the image up to the rug, it is the same rug. The colors are just MUCH MUCH BOLDER than you expect them to be.The accents are very red and have a lot of deep browns.The rug itself, however seems to be of good quality for it's price, It's not extremely heavy, but not paper thin, either. It's a very WARM rug. It looks more on the cool side in the photo, so take that into account.I will see about posting a consumer image on this product that will give a better idea of what to expect. I was quite frustrated that no one posted an image of their own.I will be keeping the rug because despite the warmer feel, It's a very pretty piece.

I really liked the fact another customer uploaded a photo of the rug. Looks just like pictured in the customer photo. Love it worked great for our living room! The rugs colors are richer than pictured.
